FEELING POOLS by Freedom Pools Europe is a company specializing in the production of fiberglass pools, which has become a benchmark in the sector thanks to its extensive experience backed by a multitude of projects completed since its inception.

Our company deeply believes that a quality product must always be linked to a service that is at the same level. We have set out to bring quality fiberglass pools to each and every home, designing a unique collection, combining our innovative technologies in each model, studying the perfect combinations for each application, and offering our customers a professional service.

The company’s essential objective is based on achieving the true satisfaction of its customers and collaborators, for which it is committed to complying with our customers’ requirements, with the applicable legislation and regulations regarding both the product and those relating to the environment and occupational health and safety, and with the provisions of the reference standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001), as well as with other requirements to which the organization subscribes in reference to the aforementioned aspects.

Therefore, we decided to implement an integrated management system that includes all the requirements related to quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management, with the following commitments:

Continuous improvement in these areas.
Preventing harm and ill health among our staff.
Environmental protection, including pollution prevention, and other specific commitments relevant to the organization’s context.
Providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and ill health, appropriate to the purpose, size, and context of our organization, and the specific nature of our Occupational Health and Safety risks and opportunities.
Eliminating hazards and reducing Occupational Health and Safety risks.

More specifically, we are committed to putting our creativity into product designs at the service of the customer, to maintaining the spirit of service as a fundamental factor, to absolute coherence with customers between what is offered and what is manufactured, to the consultation and participation of workers, to preparing and training our staff based on full knowledge of the responsibilities that each position entails, to maintaining absolute safety and professionalism in the manufacture of our products as a fundamental intention, and to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality, environment and safety at work system, to achieve greater satisfaction of our customers, a control of the environmental aspects related to our activity that results in a minimization of the waste generated, being in this way more respectful with our environment, and thereby obtaining the benefit of the company, its employees and collaborators.
